Le·gal In·sur·rec·tion: Kagan Should Recuse Herself As To Obamacare

Professor Jacobson has some good points here....and not all are pointing to the overturning of obamacare.
But there is still hope...
And this "woman" should have never been confirmed much less nominated........no judicial bench experience at all. None. Nada. Zip. Zilch.
At least Sotomayor had some......not much but some. Kagan is agenda driven.......for what ever reasons she has.......maybe as part of her growing up process?Who knows.....Most of the nominees for anything that oblunder comes up with all have skeletons in their collective closets......The variance being how many and at what level of severity those skeletons are.
