The Last Piston-Engine Dogfights | History | Air & Space Magazine

I remember seeing stories about this on the CBC National with Lloyd Robertson. We were living in Canada at the time.

It was an amazing piece of history.



Fernando Soto in 1970 atop his Honduran Corsair, with symbols marking his victories. The aircraft is now in the Honduras air museum, which keeps it in running (but not flying) condition. (Fundación Museo del Aire de Honduras)
