Big Steam Choo Choo Pr0n

This is the meticulously restored SP&S 700, a 4-8-4 Hauler
This picture is from October of 2002 at Noxon, Montana on the bridge over the Clark Fork River.
The family and I got to see this at the foot of Snoqualmie Pass in 1990 while waiting at a crossing.

  1. Loves me some big choo-choos.
When I was little part of the Friday night ritual was to park along the tracks where the passenger trains left Third & Townsend (SP Depot) and watch until The Lark or maybe it was The Starlight departed on the daily journey to LA.
Love the sound of those steam engines.
