HMS Ark Royal R09: Hands To Flying Stations (1975)-Throwback Thursday on a Friday Morning

Those RN Phantoms of 892 Squadron were the most awesome Phantoms that I have ever seen. Yes, I did see them along with the Blackburn Buccaneers of 809 Squadron and the Fairey Gannetts, when I was a young sailor aboard USS Independence CV62. We conducted two cross deck ops with Ark Royal back then.
She must have been a fine ship to serve aboard.
