CA 14 closed between Rosamond and Lancaster due to blowing sand/dirt. There was a pile up as well from what I heard.
The winds were gusting 70-80 mph at times.

We're having the exact same WX here. As a s'matter o' fact your pictures and ones I could take of THPoNM today are nearly interchangeable.
