A Basic Mistake That Trashed a JSTARS

This was the link at Bring the Heat, Bring the Stupid.
This J-STARS is no longer a flyable aircraft.
Tool Control System had a failure. That is not a good thing.

    Not good. Shipboard those types of things are generally survivable. Airborne? I'd guess not so much.
