Wendy Sullivan at Girl on The Right has a recurring thing with this title. It exposes the socialized system in Canada on a regular basis. This is the crap that obamacare is eventually intended to become.
The man lost his life due to the system. Period. No other answer is there other than negligent homicide. I should hope the family sues at a minimum and attempts to lay charges against the author and the MPs who voted it in.
