Super Hornet COD?

Pinch made a comment on a picture I put up on Facebook yesterday. It was the new and old jammer aircraft one. Prowler and Growler.
Since the Navy has moved to the Super Hornet platform as it's multi-role everything, he wondered how long it would take for the Navy to want a COD based on the E/F Hornet airframe.
So if any of you reading this know how to do that sort of thing, I would appreciate any and all attempts.
They would be posted here and at my other blog listed on my blogroll. And I am sure Pinch would do the same.
This is a just for fun thing. Life is now to the point where we make fun of our New Navy!
