Training Wing Two, Naval Air Station Kingsville, Texas. The "B" on the tail tells me that.
And no, It is not a Boeing aircraft. It is actually a development of the British Aerospace Hawk Trainer/Close Support Aircraft.
Pretty cool paint job. The yellow wings and retro roundel REALLY float my boat... to use a nautical term.
