The Avenger 30 mm Cannon. The airplane was built around the Gun. 
Grunts on the ground Love this Airplane.
The AF wanted to get rid of the A-10 as it was low tech. The AF has a thing for wizbang stuff.

It does it's job............Extremely Well!
