In the engine bay of an F-16

Me and co-worker Rod in the engine bay of an F-16 Falcon. We had just pulled the engine for to send it to the engine shop. The bay inspection will be tomorrow. Taken on his camera phone. BTW that is me in the ball cap. The good looking one.

  1. Wow -- sure looks like a lot of room in there when the engine is missing!! heh. It's GOTTA be cramped when it's time to make all the connections! It's great to see people who know what they're doing!

  2. R-WL: It was the first engine removal I have ever done! They make the books simple. And I don't take up a lot of space.
kc: Mostly the sides and back, getting thin on top. Still pull it back. But I have more than Stephen, Scott, Mark, Sam and John!
